  • Roselle (hibiscus sabdariffa), rose* (rosa centifolia), spearmint* (mentha spicata), tulsi* (ocimum sanctum), oatstraw* (avena sativa)

  • Hot brew: bring 8 oz water to a boil; remove from heat. add 1-3 tsp of tea to water; cover and steep for 10-15 mins; strain; sweeten with honey (optional) enjoy.

    Cold brew: place tea in room temp or cold water, cover and steep overnight (4 - 12 hours), strain, sweeten with honey (optional), add ice; enjoy.
